With his graduate degree in Theatre Arts from Baylor University, Bruce Chadwick has worked as a special effects consultant for Warner Brothers Germany, and has been an advisor for numerous plays, television events, and film projects including one of the early Batman movies. Fort Worth Magician Bruce Chadwick has appeared on various television broadcasts including Life Today and PM Magazine, and has worked as a consultant for various television shows and commercials. ABC News even labeled him "a leading performer in the world of illusion."

He has stage managed hundreds of national and international magic shows, and has actively worked for almost 30 years on the planning committee for the annual conventions of the Society of American Magicians. Bruce is a past-president of the Texas Association of Magicians and has served for many years as the organization's Historian. He is also an Order of Merlin Shield member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians. He is also an Associate of Great Britain's famous The Magic Circle. Bruce is honored to have one of the major Texas magic clubs named after him, the Bruce Chadwick SAM Assembly 138.
